At this point of time we are not accepting returns.

We don't accept exchanges but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.



Warranty, Repairs, Replacements


We guarantee that all our toys will come to you in brand new condition, with packages ready to be open and be played with. In the unlikely event that there is a manufacturer defect, please notify us complete with photos within 10 days of being received. Knots, mineral streaks, burls and natural wood grain properties are not considered defects. 


Please note:

We are not responsible for damage done by customers, their kids or their pets. Also please be aware that little teeth are sharp and painted products won't withstand damage done by sharp teeth. Please do not let pets or children chew our toys if you want the toys to last. 

But we understand that things happen. If something happens to your toy please contact us. Although some items can't be repaired or replaced, we can replace or repair a part to most items and sets for a small fee of under $10. Customers are responsible for shipping to and from us for repairs and damages.
