Returns and exchanges
At this point of time we are not accepting returns
At this point of time we are not accepting order cancellations as your order will often be started the same day you make your purchase.
I don't accept exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Most online payment processors are now requiring tracking numbers for most orders placed online. We are no longer offering pickups due to this. All orders will be shipped with tracking using Canada Post.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Your Order
When your order has been created and packaged, an automatic email will be sent to the email you used at checkout. Please watch for this email as it will contain your tracking number or request you to contact us for pickup arrangements depending upon the shipping method you requested.

Everything in our shop is made to order. We guarantee that we will make the items in the creation time we promised and bring it to the post office within that time frame. We do not guarantee the date your package will arrive to you by, but you will be sent a tracking number for your order so that you can track your package via Canada Post’s website.
Our holiday cutoff date (Nov 25, 2020) has passed. Due to influx of orders, holiday celebrations, shop cleaning, and year end wrap up including inventory all orders placed between December 7, 2020 and January 4, 2021 will be brought to the post office the week of Jan 4-8.

On average Canada Post takes approx 3-15 business days to deliver items within Canada once we drop your orders off at the Post office. This will vary due to their volume levels and covid-19 shutdowns. Unfortunately we have no control over this as we rely on the post office to deliver mail (we live on a farm and the post office is our only delivery service in remote rural Alberta)

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Your Order
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number when your order ships out. Your order will ship once Your payment has cleared and your order has been made. As our shop is all made to order, no order will begin until your payment has cleared.
***Please note: Ship by dates are guaranteed. We do not guarantee arrival dates. We can not issue a refund for orders, that do not arrive "on time", due to postal delays. Thank you for your understanding.****
Shipping Damage Claims
In the rare event that something does get damaged during shipping, We will fully remake damaged merchandise and ship the replacement to you as soon as possible once the post office approves the claim which may take up to 30 days.
If you have shipping damage we will need:
1. photo proof of shipping damage
2. depending upon value of items we may need you to go into post office with damaged item and box. (We will let you know if this is the case as we will not know until the post office directs us.)
In the rare event that a package goes missing, the post office needs to be contacted for the last package location co-ordinates. In the event of a package missing after being marked delivered, a police report will need to be filed. Please message us with a copy of the police report. Once we receive that from you, we will remake and ship a replacement item
Wrong Shipping Address:
We ship to the address you provide when you place your order. If a wrong shipping address was accidently put in the shipping instructions on the order and the order gets returned to us after the shipping you will need to pay the shipping fee once again to get the order out to your correct address. We do not refund for wrong shipping addresses on order forms.
Return To Sender Packages:
Return to sender packages are considered forced returns. We have an all sales final, no return policy and do not refund packages that are marked return to sender

Coupon Codes and Discounts:
One coupon code per order. Coupon Codes cannot be stacked. Add-on coupon codes must be used for items they are meant for as per listing instructions.

- by placing an order with us, you understand and agree that you have read the listing, taken note of all materials used and finished sizes of items, understand what comes with the item listing you purchased and have read the age recommendations and any warnings associated with the product.
All of our products are made to order. We offer the options to customize the toys we currently have by choosing colour options or theme options. At this time we do not custom make products not already found in our lineup of toys.
Ethics and Copyrights
We are a company that complies with copyright laws pertaining to licensed characters, logos and trademarks. As per law, no exact copyrighted characters can be made for commercial purposes. We reserve the right to refuse requests for custom items based on copyrighted materials. In addition to this, we hold our own copyrights for our original wooden toys. We ask that other artists and shops respect this. We would rather not have to take legal action to protect our works, but will if the need arises.
We accept no responsibility for user initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product. - We reserve the right to refuse any sale at any time. - We reserve the right to change our policies at any time.
